My Journey Through Yoga Teacher Training
Niccole Guarino was introduced to yoga in her late 20s after having multiple back surgeries. Wanting to share her love for health and well-being, and recovery from love and loss, Niccole received her yoga teacher training certification. She has found writing to be a beautiful extension of her overall well-being.
In addition, she holds dual degrees in history and biological sciences with a focus in dental hygiene. She practices part time as a hygienist in both a general and pediatric practice. When she is not in her office or at the studio, she enjoys staying active by marathon running and spending time with her family and her dog.
