Yoga Selfies are Ruining Yoga.
Nura Madjzoub has been teaching yoga for 18 years in different countries all over the world and has over 1500 hours of training in yoga and bodywork.
Her teaching style is inclusive, playful, and always inquisitive—asking students to go beyond the physical aspect of the practice and seek to understand more about themselves internally. She incorporates Hatha and Vinyasa styles into her teaching, and draws from her massage training and background to guide students to find a physically and mentally balanced state through their practice. Connect with Nura on her website or through Facebook.

Yoga Selfies are Ruining Yoga.
We're community-driven. We're dedicated to sharing "the mindful life" beyond the core or choir, to all those who don't yet know they give a care. We focus on anything that's good for you, good for others, and good for our planet.
