How this One Foundation is Leading the Way for a Mental Health Revolution.
Preston Bryant first came across spirituality at the age of 21 after having a mystical experience that changed the course of his life. After a few years of rapid transformation, he realized it was linked to a non-conceptual and ineffable truth underlying reality. During this time of inner discovery, he read everything he could on mysticism, Eastern philosophy, and spirituality while pursuing a double degree in philosophy and journalism at The University of Colorado, Boulder. He also delved heavily into devotional yoga, meditation, dance, and self-inquiry. His work has been largely inspired by his guru, Neem Karoli Baba, and some of the great spiritual pioneers such as Rupert Spira, Alan Watts, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Ram Dass, and Adyashanti. His love for poetry was ignited by Rumi and Hafiz. Their words gave Preston the inspiration to write and perform in a style that transmits the inexpressible. More than anything, Preston is dedicated to creating art and articulating spirituality from a vulnerable place, in a way that doesn’t neglect the important aspects of awe and wonder.
