LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS / 2011 – PRESENT Using the principles of life coaching, positive psychology, mindfulness and leadership to encourage positive thinking and inspire participants with a sense of purpose, while creating the necessary conditions for deep personal transfor- mation. MINDUP™ / MIDDLE EAST PARTNER / 2016 – 2018 Tasked with expanding the adoption of the MindUp™ program in schools and educational institutions in the Middle East. As a certified MindUp™ trainer responsibilities include: Training teachers on integrating the program in the classroom and providing them with best practices on mindfulness-based strategies, and following-up on program embedding throughout the academic year. Creating awareness networks to educate teachers, parents, and students on the academic and well-being benefits of social and emotional learning (SEL). CO-FOUNDER, N-LIGHT-N COACHING COMPANY, AMMAN, JORDAN / 2011 – 2014 N-Light-N was founded to address the need of raising awareness about the personal and professional benefits of coaching; be it life coaching, executive coaching or leadership coaching. Our programs successfully meshed personal and business goals to deliver measurable and sustainable results, while formally introducing these principles to various sectors within the Jordanian market.
