I am a Guru/Spiritual Teacher and lead FISU Meditation (Foundation for International Spiritual Unfoldment). We have 70 branches around the world and are a non-profit dedicated to the service of humanity. Our form of meditation is individually prescribed and taught by qualified teachers many of whom have been meditating for many years. FISU is like a very big family where there is support, friendship and love.
