Rebecca Butler

Rebecca Butler had two yoga studios pre Covid. Now they are both closed. She is a diehard blue in a red state, doing her best to flip the great state of Texas. She lost both her parents to ALS, which deepened her commitment to a life of yoga. She is RYT-500—addicted to both taking and teaching YTTs, if we ever get back to that reality. She creates and offers online classes. When not standing on her hands or melting under sandbags, she has two amazing kids she often beg to hang out with. She also love to ride horses, and her husband is her best friend. They are doing their best to make it through this pandemic one day at a time, which is where the writing comes in.
