She is a published writer, award-winning director and producer. Her work which includes short and feature films, music videos, VJ loops and video landscapes has screened across the United States and abroad for the past 25 years.

In 2010 she founded, Fit Conscious Happy, a life-style coaching practice that guides people to live life to their highest potential through meditation and mind/body techniques.

In 2018 she founded JTGC Media, a digital media agency and Hello Computer, a social purpose company that creates ‘edutainment’ style mobile apps for children that encourage and promote global literacy.

A true and well-balanced dichotomy, Rossana balances her life between her entrepreneurial work, her passion for helping people and her creative work for global audiences.
