I’m A Lover, Not A Fighter
I am an Athletic Trainer for the past 20 years, working in the college setting. I also teach at the college and mentor students. My students and athletes have always been inspired by my real out-of-the-box approach to life. My motto, “Say it straight, simple and with a smile.” Deep in my heart I have always wanted to write, share my insights and motivate people to be better versions of themselves. My students would always say “write a book or a blog, I would definitely follow you.” Last year I finally got the courage to start a blog and it makes me so happy to share my stories and experiences.
