When I was a toddler, I loved cinnamon raisin bread. My mom would find me in the cupboard, chowing down on the entire loaf in a crazed munchkin mania. So, she’d move the bread to higher ground. Then she’d find me Macgyver-ing a rig out of books, cereal boxes, and chairs—whatever it took to reach that carby-cinnamon-goodness. I have since moderated my bread consumption, but I continue to live life with the same level of passion and dedication. Climb the ladder, do what you gotta do, there are sweet swirls of magic up there.
