How Trauma turns Unmet Needs into 8 Survival Identities.
Sarina Pfeiler is a spiritual activist by heart who loves to experience life in connections, through movement and self-inquiry.
She studied (experiential) education and psychology, as well as trauma-informed body (psycho-)therapy, and practices Buddhist meditation and movement arts since many years. As a white and queer woman from a working-class background, she educated herself in globally relevant topics, such as white privilege, cultural appropriation, and sustainable living.
Writing has always been her escape and safe space since she got her first diary. After half-heartedly publishing a few articles, she took the leap in 2021 and published three books. On her inner journey toward showing up authentically and taking part in societal transformation, sharing wisdom and creation with those books was a huge step. Her mission is to contribute to a transformation from a paradigm of separation to one of interconnectedness—with her writing, her learning environmental designs, and her therapy—but also in those moments of humble acceptance of life’s flow and heartful, spontaneous connections.
