Shannon Sprague

Shannon is a Yoga Teacher who weaves life into her teaching and personal practice and her practice back into her life. Her background of physical therapy, massage therapy, reiki and death doula/end of life planner informs both her teaching and the way she lives her life. The recent losses and resultant grief of both her Mother’s and a dear friend’s death, have fostered the process of letting go of everything she knew her life to be. After sitting in the wreckage, she is deciding, from a renewed sense of truth, what to pick back up again and rebuild.
