From Trauma to Practice: A Revelation In Lucid Dreaming
Sheila is an astrologer, coach, somatics and breathwork teacher, and writer. She’s HSP, a Highly Sensitive Person. Whom represent 20% of the population. Sheila works with people who are trying to get unstuck. Using Re-Framing techniques from Neuro Linguistic Programming and breathwork techniques from ancient Mexico and Astrology, she helps people body, mind and spirit during transitions. Sensitivity can be a good thing—your conscious mind perceives outer stimuli at a heightened level and perhaps you feel very comfortable with animals and children. Becoming an Intuitive Guide, writer and Astrologer have been a refuge for her. She teaches Astrology, Somatic Trauma Release and practices to tap deeper into the unconscious mind. She believes we all have to feel safe in order to claim our intuition. Creativity and astrology can help us create safety in our lives. We understand our experiences at a deeper level.
