Laughing our way to Nirvana
Simon Sharman has been experimenting with life for quite a while. During parts of it, he’s had a background noise of persistent depressive disorder (PDD) which has wreaked havoc with his joie de vivre but clearly not his pretentious use of French. He’s learning that yoga in all its forms—not just the gymnastics bit (although that is funky-nice!)—is a beautiful way to learn to live with more joy and lovely stuff. Simon is naturally cheeky as f*ck and believes a spiritual path should have plenty of room for irreverence and laughter. He reckons we really ain’t here long enough to take this trip too seriously.
