Stacey Turknett is a certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher from The School of Positive Transformation with over 20 years of personal practice experience and over 15 years of teaching experience. Stacey completed Gabby Berenstein’s Spirit Junkie Master Class (Level 1) and recently became an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and TFT (Thought Field Therapy) Certified Master Practioner. She also holds certifications in the following areas: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR/Foundation 1) Certified Practioner, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Certified Practioner, Life Transitions Certification, Multiculturalism certification, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Certified Practioner (MBCT/Foundation 1).

Stacey spent ten years working as a Character Education Coach/SEL (social-emotional learning) educator for students in the K-8th grade setting. It is in this setting that she realized her true purpose to help as many people as possible with their emotional and mental health using ancient wisdom and science-backed techniques.

Today her clients range in age from 8 years old to 80 years old. It is Stacey’s strong belief that Meditation & Mindfulness is life-changing for everyone who practices it. No matter your age or background.
