Stephen McCoull lives in Reading, Berkshire, England. He is a survivor of depression and anxiety. He has been practicing mindfulness since 2016 and has been in recovery since then. He has been sharing his mindful journey, and the lessons he’s learnt, in various online mindfulness groups, in articles published on Elephant Journal and now in a book, Mindfully Saving Myself: One Moment at a Time, which was published in October 2021.
His aim is to help people learn about mindfulness so that they can apply those teachings and they can then live fuller happier lives.
