Stuart Alexander had a breakdown in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic and was then diagnosed with bipolar and anxiety. He is still navigating the world of getting help and getting stable, and decided to start writing a little to express his feelings of absolute bleakness and mania. He hopes that his story will help others as he has been helped.
He is new to realising what has troubled him his whole life, but plans to take one day at a time and as best he can, find a way out of this labyrinth of misery. Looking for people who share his outlook and problems on twitter led him to the #BipolarClub.
