I am a retired teacher from Washington State who taught 6th-12th grades in the Mukilteo School District. The best thing about teaching was working with so many talented young people. They have lots of energy, and they kept me young.I have a blog, enjoy watercolor and acrylic painting, writing (I use Scribophile), reading, hiking, snorkeling, and taking photographs wherever I go.I have three adult sons (who have always loved to read), and I live in Baja California Sur with my husband, Greg, and our German shepherd dog named Kailani.
