Tara Laval is a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance, and a Certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator through the Amrit Yoga Institute. She empowers individuals to break free from limited stories and beliefs in order to love themselves unconditionally. She is particularly passionate about slowing down, focusing on the present moment, and reducing stress and anxiety. When she is not teaching, writing, or traveling, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and cheering on her Tampa Bay Lightning. Find her on her website.
