Tarra Sachedina is a lover and learner of life, connection, and spirit. She believes that we are stronger as a whole when we can practice speaking our truth with love and kindness. As a teacher (yoga, barre, cycle) she is constantly working to improve not only the relationship she has with her own body, but also how others relate and appreciate their body. She is the owner of The Dailey Method in Phoenix Arizona, is a proud participant in the lives of two growing, young adults who call her mama, has two deeply adoring dachshunds, and a husband who challenges her and keeps her grounded.
