The Angels we Meet Along our Darkest Paths & How they Hold us Together.
Teri Dooley-Smith is an ASHA certified Speech and Language Pathologist who owns and operates a private practice in Massachusetts. Her work is centered on compassionate action and community integration for students with different abilities. Teri’s sister, Heather Anne Dooley, passed away at 44 from pancreatic cancer. Teri has written about her experience during Heather’s illness as a way to process her own grief and to document their connection throughout this journey. The topics of her work include sisters bonding over some shared silliness, discussions of what each believed really comes after we pass, “rules” for raising Heather’s kids when she was gone, and connection during the steady march toward goodbye. Teri lives in Western, MA with her husband of 24 years, Brian. They have four beautiful kids. One of them is Heather’s.

We're community-driven. We're dedicated to sharing "the mindful life" beyond the core or choir, to all those who don't yet know they give a care. We focus on anything that's good for you, good for others, and good for our planet.
