Trust (poetry)
Tia Archibald left an abusive relationship back in spring of 2019. She fell apart from the mental trauma and the depression she went through. She started her healing journey back in the spring of 2020.
Her childhood was full of not-good stuff. She grew up in foster care (in and out) till she was 14. She wasn’t that lucky, but she did get a chance to have a little bit of what a healthy parent does. By then, she was angry and lashed out a lot. She wasn’t the easiest teenager, full of will and miss know it all energy. Her father always tried when he was able too, my mother she was different. She has found who she truly is and she is back in school to further her education.
She wants to help women feel more empowered in themselves, who have been in her position of abuse/neglect/mental trauma/abandonment, and give them the strength. That there is hope at the end of the dark tunnel. As she learns to be open in her experience, she’ll come back and add more.
