Anu Verma

Founder of Victim 2 Victor, Anu Verma is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and domestic abuse which led to years of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) who now dedicates her time to helping other survivors become victors.

As a result of the abuse she endured, she suffered an identity crisis and severe depression that almost drove her to suicide.  Working through the trauma has helped her find her calling in life and she became an author, podcaster, trauma therapist and coach. She has since been featured in various podcasts and media publications where she shares her story to inspire others. 

Anu has insight into what other survivors of abuse go through and she knows it’s possible to come out the other end stronger than ever. Victim 2 Victor provides a safe space for survivors so they can lean on each other to move forward.

It’s very difficult for sexual and domestic abuse survivors to navigate their trauma because they often have repressed feelings and difficulty communicating. 

 Anu offers healing and coaching sessions to help victims develop healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Healing is possible and Victim 2 Victor helps people accept what happened, process it, and let go of the pain to focus on their life and happiness again.
