Valinda Cochella MA, E-RYT has been studying yoga since 1994 and teaching since 2000 when she created SouthBayYoginis.com. She has a Master’s degree in Dance-Movement Therapy from UCLA, went to Clear-sight Clairvoyant School, and is certified at the highest level in Hatha and Kundalini yoga and meditation. She is passionate about helping women create peace and self-love daily using the tools and techniques she’s been practicing, studying, and teaching for half her life now.
