Vanessa Wong is a dedicated and generous yoga teacher with years of training and study informing her practice. Having found yoga in 2011, Vanessa soon discovered her passion for it. After extensive training with renowned yoga teachers, Vanessa became a teacher, blending practices from yin and vinyasa yoga and adding mindful elements to her calm, compassionate, and restorative sessions. She is now focused on helping and empowering others in their yoga journey—whether they’re newbies or experienced yogis, everyone will feel welcome and comfortable in Vanessa’s classes.
