Vanitha Narayana is a yoga teacher by profession. After years of working in the IT industry, she felt the calling to pursue yoga. She quit her profession and decided to follow her calling. She took 200hrs TTC and worked in an ashram for some time. Her desire to explore this amazing ocean of knowledge led her to study further and complete a post graduation in yoga. With yoga as her lifeline since 2014, it has been quite a ride!
