Vinito Freo has recently started writing poetry and prose again, after a long pause, and is enjoying the creative flow. Fifteen years ago, he had a spiritual awakening and opening of the heart, which he is still integrating today. Much of his writing is from this space. He is a non-dual Somatic therapist utilising aspects from Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, IFS, and Focusing. He is a Yin yoga instructor. He lives in Perth, Australia.
