Do not count the days, make the days count has been her mantra for as long as she can remember.  Since she first introduced it to her guests in the late 1990s, Yvette Lyn has used it as a tool to remind guests, students and clients of the importance of living in the present moment.  An important lesson when the goal of our ego is to pull us to our past or our future. Today, Yvette Lyn calls herself a Hostage Negotiator, helping individuals and groups shift the relationship they have with their inner roommates who hold them hostage to the self-defeating habit pattern dictated from within.
