Zahir Akram is the owner of Akram Hot Yoga studio in Addlestone, Surrey and recently won an award for the best Yoga teacher in Surrey 2019 as voted for by the readers of Muddy Stilettos. Zahir is also the author of ‘Yoga – Madness or Meditation’ which is available on Amazon on paperback and kindle. Zahir was asked what someone can expect from his yoga classes. He said; “No Chakras. No Chanting. No Gimmicks and no gobbledygook.” You can see more on his Instagram page.
